Founded as Premier Homes of Wilmington, Inc., our mission is simple: to provide homeowners the best value by building high quality homes with a superior level of service. Today, owners Shawn Horton and Keith Keller, longtime associates who purchased the company in 2004, uphold this promise under the name Trusst Builders, Inc. We’re the same company we’ve always been. Only better.
Our dedication to our customers is second to none. We identified the features homeowners wanted – which many considered upgrades – and made them standard in all of our homes. We provide custom-quality homes without the custom price. Every Trusst home is personalized to suit each homeowner’s specific needs and styles.
Our homes are built on a solid foundation of trust. With more than 300 homes built in New Hanover and Brunswick counties since 2004, Trusst Builders is now constructing quality homes exclusively in Brunswick Forest, a 4,500-acre master-planned community located ten minutes from Downtown Wilmington, NC on US Hwy 17 South.
