We Build It Everyday

1. Introduction

Along with Trusst Builders’ Customer Care Manager, our Lifestyle Consultants provide potential homeowners with information on home sites, floor plans, exterior details, interior design features, special amenities and financing. When the homeowner selects a floor plan and home-site, an Agreement of Sale is created

2. Home Site Closing Process

Once Trusst receives the Agreement of Sale, our Closing Coordinator walks the homeowner through the process of construction-to-permanent financing and the closing on their new home site.

3. Pre Construction Meeting & Selections

Prior to the start of construction, our Customer Care Manager schedules a pre-construction meeting to review the home plan, design features and personalized changes. At this meeting, the homeowner is provided a personal entry code to access our online Client Portal where they can view progress photos updated weekly.

Following the pre-construction meeting, a selections appointment is held at Trusst Builders’ on-site selection center. This allows homeowners to personalize their home with color and style selections of flooring, cabinetry, counters and other design finishes.

4. Construction

During the 4-5 month construction phase, we remain in contact with the homeowner on a regular basis. The Customer Care Manager ensures that homeowner changes and requests are completed in a timely manner and posts progress photos to our online Client Portal on a weekly basis. Our portals keeps homeowners apprised from groundbreaking to the final walk-through and allows friends and family to be a part of the building process as well.

5. Electrical Walk Through

Once the home is framed and under roof, the Customer Care Manager schedules a homeowner electrical walk-through. This allows the homeowners to meet the electrician to discuss placement of outlets, lights, fans and any other electrical needs required to personalize their home.

6. Last Month of Construction

Prior to move-in, our team will prepare the house for delivery by doing a thorough inspection and cleaning. The Customer Care Manager will schedule a homeowner orientation meeting.

7. Orientation to Home

At the orientation meeting, Builder/Owner Keith Keller and Warranty Manager Bill Moe welcome the homeowners to their new home and present them with a builder’s warranty, which they review in detail. Once the orientation is complete and all questions are answered, the homeowners receive their keys and take possession of their new Trusst Builders home.
